3. Electric Bikes, Scooters & Batteries

Electric bikes, electric scooters, batteries, and chargers must be returned safely and properly packaged.

Do not return damaged, leaking, swollen, or unsafe batteries without contacting us first.

If an item is returned damaged because it was packed incorrectly, we may not be able to approve a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
