This Shipping Policy explains how Buzzride handles order processing, delivery, and shipping support for orders placed through buzzride.net.

  • Larger items, such as electric bikes and electric scooters, may require extra handling time due to size, weight, battery shipping rules, and courier requirements.

  • If there is a delay or stock issue, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Times

  • Delivery times depend on your location, the item ordered, and the shipping method available.

  • Estimated delivery times are shown as guidance only. Delays may happen due to couriers, customs, weather, holidays, high demand, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at:

4. Large Items & Battery Products

  • Electric bikes, electric scooters, and battery products may be shipped using specialist couriers.

  • Some locations may not be available for delivery due to courier restrictions, battery shipping rules, or local regulations.

  • If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you and offer a solution, including cancellation and refund where necessary.

5. Tracking

  • When tracking is available, we will provide tracking details by email after the order has been shipped.

  • Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

  • Please include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the item, and a short explanation of the issue.

7. Missed Deliveries

  • If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

  • Customers are responsible for following courier instructions and collecting the package within the allowed time.

  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Customs, Duties & Local Rules

  • Customers are responsible for checking local rules before ordering, including rules related to electric bikes, electric scooters, batteries, road use, registration, insurance, helmets, and import duties where applicable.
